We are currently seeking
Customer Service Representatives
on behalf of our client, a leading bank in Greece, to join their dynamic team.


Location:
Athens


Model:
On-site


Schedule:
5 days per week, Monday – Sunday


Shifts:
08:00–22:00 (rotational)


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from existing customers, providing information and solutions
  • Record customer interactions and update the Bank's systems
  • Guide customers in using online banking services
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term trust


Requirements

  • Availability to work on rotating shifts (08:00–22:00)
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Good command of English and MS Office
  • Patience and ability to manage challenging situations
  • Previous experience in customer service will be considered a plus
