In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire a F&B Controller.
Position Summary
The F&B Controller is responsible for monitoring and controlling food, beverage and disposable cost. The F&B Controller will work closely with various departments and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.
Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities- Implement and maintain cost control systems to track food, beverage, and disposables expenses.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory, scheduled (monthly) and unscheduled as per needs, purchase orders, and supplier contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory management to minimize waste and losses.
- Maintains effective communication with hotel managers and the Head of Cost Controlling.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in cost control, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Excel, financial software, and hotel management systems.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
