Ο/Η Σύμβουλος Επαγγελματικού Προσανατολισμού θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την παροχή υψηλής ποιότητας υπηρεσιών επαγγελματικού προσανατολισμού και την υλοποίηση σχετικών έργων για την Evalion. Θα έχει την πλήρη ευθύνη διαχείρισης των έργων, από τον σχεδιασμό έως την ολοκλήρωσή τους, με έμφαση στις υπηρεσίες που αφορούν εφήβους. Οι υπηρεσίες βασίζονται στη χρήση ψυχομετρικών εργαλείων, με κύριο εργαλείο το MyOrama. Επιπλέον, θα συμμετέχει ενεργά στον σχεδιασμό και τη βελτίωση των υπηρεσιών και των ψυχομετρικών εργαλείων επαγγελματικού προσανατολισμού, σε συνεργασία με διεπιστημονική ομάδα ειδικών.

Καθήκοντα:

  • Διαχείριση έργων επαγγελματικού προσανατολισμού από την οργάνωση έως την πλήρη υλοποίησή τους
  • Διεξαγωγή ατομικών και ομαδικών συναντήσεων επαγγελματικού προσανατολισμού, κυρίως με εφήβους
  • Ανάπτυξη των συμβουλευτικών υπηρεσιών επαγγελματικού προσανατολισμού και συμβουλευτικής σταδιοδρομίας, με εστίαση σε εφήβους
  • Συμμετοχή στον σχεδιασμό, ανάπτυξη και βελτίωση ψυχομετρικών εργαλείων επαγγελματικού προσανατολισμού, με έμφαση στο , σε συνεργασία με ειδικούς συνεργάτες
  • Διαχείριση της πλατφόρμας ψυχομετρικών εργαλείων
  • Σταθερή συνεργασία και επικοινωνία με πελάτες και συνεργάτες τόσο στην Ελλάδα όσο και στο εξωτερικό
  • Διεξαγωγή εκπαιδεύσεων συναφών με το αντικείμενο
  • Πραγματοποίηση παρουσιάσεων σε σχολεία, πελάτες και career days
  • Σύνταξη άρθρων και εκπαιδευτικού υλικού συναφών με το αντικείμενο
  • Εκπροσώπηση εταιρείας σε διοργανώσεις συναφείς με το αντικείμενο

Απαραίτητη Εκπαίδευση και Εμπειρία

  • Πτυχίο ψυχολογίας ή σε συναφή πεδίο ανθρωπιστικών σπουδών
  • Μεταπτυχιακό στη Συμβουλευτική Σταδιοδρομίας ή αντίστοιχο
  • Πιστοποίηση ΕΟΠΕΠ (Εθνικός Οργανισμός Πιστοποίησης Προσόντων και Επαγγελματικού Προσανατολισμού)
  • Αποδεδειγμένη προϋπηρεσία στην παροχή υπηρεσιών συμβουλευτικής σταδιοδρομίας
  • Άριστα ελληνικά και αγγλικά

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

  • Εμπειρία και γνώση στην υποστήριξη ατόμων με αναπηρίες για την ένταξή τους στην αγορά εργασίας
  • Εμπειρία στην ανάπτυξη ψυχομετρικών εργαλείων
  • Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση έργων (project management)
