Facility & Asset Management Officer

to join our team.

 Key Responsibilities | Καθήκοντα

  • Manage warehouse & archive inventory (receiving, checks, ERP).
  • Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων & αρχειοφυλακείου (παραλαβές, έλεγχοι, ERP).
  • Coordinate vehicle & equipment maintenance.
  • Συντονισμός & προληπτική συντήρηση οχημάτων και εξοπλισμού.
  • Train staff on correct use of equipment.
  • Εκπαίδευση προσωπικού σε ορθό χειρισμό εξοπλισμού.
  • Ensure the availability and completeness of materials and products required for the company's daily operations.

Διασφάλιση της πληρότητας των υλικών και προϊόντων που είναι απαραίτητα για τις καθημερινές δραστηριότητες της εταιρείας.

  • Maintain and monitor inventory levels, including materials, equipment, and fixed assets.

Διατήρηση και παρακολούθηση αποθεμάτων, συμπεριλαμβανομένων υλικών, εξοπλισμού και παγίων.

  • Monitor energy KPIs & improve efficiency.
  • Παρακολούθηση ενεργειακών δεικτών (KPIs) & βελτίωση αποδοτικότητας.
  • Weekly reporting to Operations Manager & Records Management Officer.
  • Εβδομαδιαίες αναφορές στον Operations Manager & Records Management Officer.

 Qualifications | Προσόντα

  • Previous experience in Facility or Asset Management.
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε Facility Management ή Asset Management.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (ideally SoftOne, Total Recall, WMS).
  • Γνώση ERP συστημάτων (ιδανικά SoftOne, Total Recall, WMS).
  • Strong organizational skills & teamwork.
  • Οργανωτικότητα, συνεργασία & προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
  • Energy monitoring knowledge is a plus.
  • Βασικές γνώσεις ενεργειακής παρακολούθησης θεωρούνται πλεονέκτημα.
