Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Advisor, you'll assist clients through phone, chat, email, and social media to resolve issues related to accounts, technical matters, and payments. Your role will be essential in providing an exceptional customer experience and ensuring top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent support across various communication channels (phone, chat, email, social media)
  • Assist customers with account setup, verification, logins, payments, and technical inquiries
  • Be a reliable point of contact, particularly for sports-related client concerns
  • Address customer feedback and issues with empathy and professionalism
  • Communicate clearly to build trust and establish long-lasting client relationships
  • Ensure all interactions align with company policies and quality standards
  • Offer insights and suggest improvements to streamline the customer experience

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
