At Inlecom Innovation we're looking for a
Frontend Engineer
who can do more than just write solid React code. We're looking to work with someone who knows how to bring interfaces to life — combining technical skill with strong UI/UX sensibility to create apps that feel smooth, intuitive, and polished.

We care deeply about what users experience on the screen, and equally about what developers experience off-screen. That means 8-hour days, calm collaboration, and space to do your best work without pressure or overtime.

Responsibilities:

· Build responsive, interactive, and thoughtfully designed UIs using React and sometimes React Native

· Shape early ideas into quick mockups or POCs, with user experience in mind

· Own the visual quality and usability of what you build — color, spacing, feedback, structure, all matter here

· Collaborate closely with design and product to bring real UI/UX thinking into the code

· Develop reusable frontend components and libraries for future use

· Keep performance high and use tools like Webpack, Babel, Git, and NPM

· Improve and maintain our existing web apps with a focus on clarity and consistency

· Participate in code/design reviews and contribute to building better workflows with the team

Requirements:

· 4+ years of professional experience in frontend/web development

· Strong skills in React, React Native, TypeScript, Tailwind, CSS, and solid vanilla JavaScript

· Experience with design systems, UX guidelines, and translating mockups (e.g. Figma) into clean, responsive UI

· Comfort with state management tools like Redux, NGRX, NGXS, or Akita

· Familiarity with testing tools like Jest or Testing Library

· Solid understanding of modern tooling: Git, Webpack, Babel, NPM, etc.

· A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

· A collaborative attitude — you share ideas, listen, and improve things as a team

Bonus points for:

· Experience with Angular

· Familiarity with Docker

· Experience working with Figma or similar tools

· Interest in frontend performance or accessibility
