Your Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking clients across various projects (e-commerce, travel, tech, lifestyle, etc.).
Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy.
Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
Ensure an outstanding customer experience in every interaction.
Your Profile
C1+ level in Italian (written and spoken).
B1+ level in English for internal communication.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Motivated to relocate to Greece for a rewarding international experience, or already based in Greece.
Valid work permit in Greece or EU Citizenship.
