Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring the seamless deployment and operation of applications in Azure environments. This role demands expertise in Azure, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), .NET applications, SQL Server, and Red Hat Linux.

Responsibilities

·   Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.

·   Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure in Azure, including Kubernetes Services.

·   Deploy and manage .NET applications and SQL Server databases in cloud environments or on customers data centers.

·   Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of production systems.

·   Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform.

·   Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.

·   Manage server configurations and system updates.

·   Collaborate with software development teams to ensure smooth integration and efficient workflows.

·   Enforce security best practices for cloud-based infrastructure and application deployments.

Requirements

·     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar software engineering role.

·     Strong expertise in Azure Cloud Services or Amazon Web Services, AKS, and .NET application deployment.

·     Proficiency in managing SQL Server databases.

·     Hands-on experience with Red Hat Linux administration.

·     Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, Azure DevOps).

·     Knowledge of container orchestration and Kubernetes management.

·     Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python)

·     Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, and load balancing.

·     Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform.

·     Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·     Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Desired Skills

·     Certifications in Azure (or AWS) Solutions Architect, Azure (or AWS) DevOps Engineer.

·     Experience with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor or AQS CloudWatch or Grafana.

·     Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.

·     Experience with logging and monitoring tools.
