Cenergy Holdings is dedicated to driving innovation and operational excellence in manufacturing processes. A digital transformation project has been initiated, which includes the replacement of existing manufacturing execution systems with a new MES platform. The selected MES platform is the Delmia Apriso part of Dassault Systems. Therefore, IT department is seeking
Industrial Applications
Specialists
to join in MES team for CPW at Thisvi plant. Industrial Applications Specialists will attend a robust training program in order to develop their specialization to Apriso MES platform. The ideal candidate will have to combine technical background with understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. System Implementation & Configuration
    . Participation to the implementation and configuration of MES software based on specific manufacturing workflows and process requirements.
  2. Operational Support
    . Provide day-to-day support for MES systems, including troubleshooting issues, applying updates, and managing system enhancements. Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability.
  3. Integration with Other Systems
    . Integrate MES with enterprise systems such as ERP (e.g., SAP), LIMS, SCADA, and PLCs. Ensure seamless data flow between systems to support end-to-end manufacturing visibility.
  4. Process Optimization
    . Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Support continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging MES insights.
  5. User Training & Documentation
    . Train manufacturing staff and other stakeholders on MES functionalities and best practices. Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and technical specifications.
  6. Project Participation
    . Collaborate with cross-functional teams on MES-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments. Assist in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

Mandatory

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Effective communication skills, able to work collaboratively with various teams.
  • Technical expertise in MES platforms
  • Experience in relevant tools and technologies, C#, .NET
  • Very good use of English language

Optional

  • Technical expertise in MES platforms, with experience in implementation, integration and support. Knowledge of Delmia Apriso it would be an asset
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, systems and automation technologies and how MES can be used to optimize them.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in technologies, FlexNet platform development, C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server (T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Performance Tuning) or other database management systems, Familiarity with web Services (REST/SOAP) and XML.
