We are currently looking for a
mid-level IT Officer
to join our team. The role reports directly to the Operations Manager and is central to ensuring smooth IT operations across the company.

Your role:

The IT Officer will be responsible for overseeing the company's IT infrastructure, supporting users, and ensuring that systems and data are secure and compliant with policies. You will help colleagues work efficiently while maintaining the reliability and security of our technological environment.

Main responsibilities:

  • Monitor IT systems and networks for performance and reliability issues.
  • Provide support to staff for hardware, software, and IT-related queries.
  • Ensure proper handling of data and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Implement and monitor IT security measures to protect company systems and data.
  • Collaborate with management to implement IT improvements and best practices.

Qualifications & skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support and system administration.
  • Knowledge of network management, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
  • Experience in data security, compliance, and IT policy enforcement.
  • Strong communication skills in English (C1+) and the ability to support non-technical staff.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., C#) and SQL is considered a plus.
