Store Manager

was founded in 2001 and is active in the sale of famous brands in the field of Streetwear, Sneakers, Snowwear and Action Sports with 6 stores and an online store )

We are looking for a Store Manager for our Store in Larissa

Responsibilities

• Align local approach with business strategies to raise our customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Achieving sales targets and boosting profits
• Recruiting, selecting, training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Maintain store staff job results
• Capability of improving procedures and company standards
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
• Active engagement with Customer on the Sales floor
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance

Requirements

• Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation
• Customer management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• University Degree will be considered an asset
• Excellent working knowledge of English language
• Experience using ERP systems
• Excellent computer Skills (MS Office)
