Τα καθήκοντα σου περιλαμβάνουν:

  • Την καθοδήγηση και τον συντονισμό της ομάδας σου

  • Τον καθημερινό έλεγχο των πωλήσεων και των αποθεμάτων του καταστήματος

  • Την παρακολούθηση και τον συντονισμό ζητημάτων μισθοδοσίας και hr

  • Την αξιολόγηση και την εκπαίδευση της ομάδας σου

  • Την ακέραια και ολοκληρωμένη εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών

  • Την διασφάλισή όλων των διαδικασιών που ορίζει η εταιρεία (π.χ στήσιμο βιτρίνας)

  • Την εξασφάλιση της τήρησης των χρονοδιαγραμμάτων και των στόχων

  • Τον καθημερινό έλεγχο του χώρου με σκοπό την άριστη εικόνα του καταστήματος με βάση τα πρότυπα της εταιρείας

  • Την οργάνωση και τον έλεγχο του ταμείου

  • Την δημιουργία του εβδομαδιαίου προγράμματος εργασίας του καταστήματος ευθύνης σου

  • Τον έλεγχο της προόδου των μηνιαίων και ετήσιων στόχων

  • Την παρακολούθηση κτηριακών ζητημάτων που μπορεί να προκύπτουν

Εάν:

  • Έχεις προηγούμενη επαγγελματική εμπειρία στον τομέα της λιανικής σε θέση υπ. Καταστήματος το λιγότερο δυο έτη έχοντας συντονίσει ομάδα ατόμων (στον τομέα της μόδας θα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα)

  • Έχεις έντονη εμπορική ικανότητα

  • Έχεις άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες

  • Σου αρέσει να ενημερώνεσαι συνεχώς για τον τομέα της μόδας

  • Είσαι λάτρης της λεπτομέρειας

  • Έχεις γνώσεις χειρισμού Η/Υ

  • Σε χαρακτηρίζει η οργάνωση και η τάξη

  • Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας

  • Προηγουμένη επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε άνοιγμα νέου καταστήματος θα θεωρηθεί προσόν
