Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Lathe Operator, located on-site in Athens. The Lathe Operator plays a crucial role in our operations, responsible for operating and maintaining lathe machines, interpreting technical and engineering drawings, and performing Lathe-milling tasks. Their primary responsibility is to ensure precision and quality in all machined components, thereby upholding our high standards. Additionally, the operator will support with routine maintenance of the equipment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Drawing and Engineering Drawings interpretation
• Experience with Machine Operation, particularly lathe machines
• Skills in Maintenance and Milling
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is preferred
