About the role...

We are currently seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a multinational environment on a multitude of tasks supporting our business in implementing and developing solutions for large EU and international institutions and private sector companies in Greece and abroad.

What you will do...

  • Develop and implement Test Automation solutions for Web applications.
  • Create automated functional tests according to analysis of business requirements and project specifications.
  • Ensure testing capabilities are applied throughout the software development lifecycle, aiming to always increase quality following CI/CD practices.
  • Apply methodologies and QA processes to increase efficiency of delivery

Technical Skills required...

  • Bsc Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of all levels of the software testing pyramid.
  • Coding experience with Java programming languages (other languages also considerable)
  • Experience in UI automated testing using some of the following tools: Selenium, Cypress or similar.
  • Experience testing Web services (REST and/or SOAP) using some of the following tools: Postman, Rest Assured, soapUI, loadUI, Jmeter.
  • Familiarity working with CI/CD processes and tools (Jenkins, Gitlab CI, etc)

Experience in the following will be considered as an asset
:

  • Experience in Agile working methodologies
  • Experience with Databases and queries
  • Familiarity with unit test frameworks such as Junit, Mockito or similar.
  • Experience using Test Case Management tools such as ALM, Azure DevOps, etc.
  • Experience with Cloud/Containers distributions
