We are looking for Customer Support Agents with Greek & English who will contact and support the best customers in the market.

We work on site and in 24 hrs shifts

Main responsibilities
Providing support in Greek by email and Live chats;
Processing with high attention to details and content;
Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions;
Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;
Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English and Greek, both written and spoken;
Proactive person with good support/sales skills;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Attention to detail;
Previous experience as a support agent especially in the i-Gaming/Gambling industry will be considered an advantage.
