Let's talk about the role
We are seeking a passionate and visionary
Loyalty & Engagement Product Manager
to lead Stoiximan's Loyalty Platform, the core of our customer engagement strategy. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of the loyalty proposition, from concept and product roadmap definition, to delivery and optimization. You will be responsible to deliver unique contests, exclusive rewards, and unforgettable experiences that drive emotional engagement and maximize customer retention. Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, you'll design a platform that excites members, differentiates Stoiximan in the market, and drives sustained customer retention and business growth.
As a Loyalty & Engagement Product Manager, you will be responsible to:
A. Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and lead the vision and long-term strategy for the loyalty platform, ensuring market differentiation in the market and full alignment with company objectives;
- Audit and evolve current initiatives to continuously enhance user engagement and business impact;
- Develop and iterate a tiered loyalty strategy, with clear segmentation, progression logic, and differentiated benefits in collaboration with CRM, BI, and Marketing to refine user value propositions.
B. Roadmap & Delivery Ownership
- Own the loyalty roadmap, prioritising both functional features and technical enhancements to maximize user engagement, retention, and business value.
C. Technical Collaboration & Integration
- Translate product requirements into actionable user stories, partnering with internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver features with clear specifications, realistic timelines, and strong QA;
- Lead technical planning and manage the integration lifecycle for all platform components, including Stoiximan app, internal systems, and external third-party providers, ensuring reliable, scalable and high-performing connectivity;
- Balance innovation and feasibility, by aligning product ambition with the technical realities to achieve fast,effective delivery.
D. Data-Driven Iteration & Decisions
- Collaborate with BI to continuously analyse user behavior and loyalty performance metrics (e.g., activation, retention), leveraging analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI) to drive data-informed decisions;
- Design and execute A/B tests, pilots, and experiments to validate new ideas, improve feature adoption, and ensure continuous optimisation based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
E. Rewards, Campaigns & Gamification
- Build and manage the experiential rewards catalog and inventory, defining sourcing strategies (incl. new awards and opportunities), perceived value, and redemption dynamics to strengthen emotional engagement;
- Co-create personalized and exclusive campaigns with CRM and Marketing, delivering experiences that reward loyalty and promote long-term advocacy;
- Own the gamification and contest mechanics (rules, eligibility, draw logic) for all campaigns to drive repeat engagement and brand advocacy.
F. Stakeholder Alignment & Internal Advocacy
- Serve as the internal ambassador for the loyalty platform, educating teams and ensuring effective alignment across relevant stakeholders;
- Ensure all loyalty initiatives, contest rules, and feature rollouts are in full compliance with regulatory, legal, and responsible gaming standards.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of experience as a Loyalty & Engagement Product Manager, preferably in digital products, loyalty programs, or customer engagement platforms;
- Proven track record in building or unifying r platforms from the ground up;
- Strong technical understanding of product development, including platform architecture, APIs and app ecosystems;
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams toward successful delivery of high-impact products;
- Skilled in data analysis, experimentation, and using tools like GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker;
- Experience managing third-party integrations and external vendor relationships;
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, enabling efficient execution;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both Greek and English;
- Passionate about crafting user-first experiences that inspire engagement and also deliver measurable business value.
