Position:
Supply Chain Manager

Reporting to:
Managing Director

Main Responsibilities

  • Forecasting & Planning
    : Analysis and planning to align supply with store needs.
  • Supplier Management:
    Selection, evaluation and management of partnerships with suppliers, with the aim of ensuring quality and reliability (with parallel support in the food sector).
  • Negotiation:
    Guiding and implementing contract and price negotiations with suppliers as well as logistics providers.
  • Inventory Management:
    Planning and control to maintain optimal inventory levels with the aim of minimizing costs and ensuring availability.
  • Logistics & Transport Management
    : Coordination of transport and supply chain, ensuring timely and efficient delivery, as well as identifying and mitigating potential risks (delays, supply interruptions, etc.).
  • Supervision of Procurement Processes
    : Mapping, monitoring and optimization of all procurement processes in order to ensure timely and efficient supply.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Required degree in Supply Chain/Logistics.
  • Excellent knowledge of using MS Office especially Excel
  • Excellent knowledge of ERP handling, especially Softone
  • Excellent knowledge of English
