Αρμοδιότητες

  • Καταχώρηση και παρακολούθηση λιστών παραγωγής (Production Orders) στο SAP.

  • Δημιουργία και εκτύπωση ετικετών/ "ταμπελακια" για τις τελικές συσκευασίες.

  • Καταχώρηση στοιχείων ζυγίσματος συσκευασμένων προϊόντων στο SAP.

  • Έλεγχος και επιβεβαίωση ποσοτήτων παραγωγής σε σχέση με τις εντολές συσκευασίας.

  • Ενημέρωση αποθεμάτων πρώτων υλών και υλικών συσκευασίας στο σύστημα.

  • Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα Παραγωγής, Αποθήκης και Ποιότητας για την ομαλή ροή πληροφοριών.

  • Υποστήριξη σε ελέγχους και αναφορές παραγωγής (daily, weekly reports).

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Απόφοιτος Λυκείου ή ΤΕΙ/ΑΕΙ (προτίμηση σε κλάδους Διοίκησης, Πληροφορικής, Λογιστικής ή Σχετικών Τεχνικών Σπουδών).

  • Γνώση SAP (modules παραγωγής/αποθήκης).

  • Βασικές γνώσεις MS Office (Excel, Word).

  • Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και οργανωτικότητα.

  • Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε βάρδιες.

  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και υπευθυνότητα.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε βιομηχανία.

  • Εμπειρία σε θέσεις που σχετίζονται με παραγωγή ή συσκευασία.
