Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist at Arete Assisted Living Facility located in Gerakas. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, developing and implementing therapy plans, providing rehabilitation and therapeutic services, and monitoring progress. Day-to-day tasks will include working closely with medical staff, communicating with residents and their families, and actively participating in team meetings to enhance residents' quality of life.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation
- Strong knowledge in Medicine
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in Pediatrics
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Empathy, patience, and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
- Relevant professional licensure and certifications
