French Speaking Customer Advisor

This position is remote within Greece only. Applicants must currently reside in Greece or be willing to relocate.

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and helping people find effective solutions? We are looking for French-speaking Customer Advisors to join our growing support team in Greece

In this role, you will represent one of the world's most innovative and design-driven technology brands, known globally for its premium-quality household and personal care products. You'll handle customer inquiries, provide guidance, and ensure an exceptional service experience — all from the comfort of your home in Greece.

• Deliver excellent customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat.

• Handle product-related questions, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and provide guidance on usage or maintenance.

• Manage orders, returns, warranties, and other post-sales processes efficiently.

• Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the system.

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on new releases or features.

• Uphold company values and maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach in every interaction.

• Fluent level of French (C1 or native) – both written and spoken.

• Good command of English (minimum B2 level) for internal communication and training.

• EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit/residency card – mandatory requirement.

• Basic computer skills and the ability to work with multiple systems and tools simultaneously.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required — full training will be provided.

• Fully remote position within Greece – work from anywhere in the country
