What You'll Be Doing
As our SEO Content Writer, you'll create engaging, search-optimized content that helps international property buyers discover Greece as their perfect destination. You'll write compelling blog posts, articles, web content, and YouTube video scripts based on SEO strategies and keyword research, ensuring every piece balances search optimization with genuine reader engagement.
Working closely with our SEO specialist and video marketing team, you'll develop content that speaks to people at different stages of their property buying journey – from those just dreaming of a Greek getaway to serious buyers ready to make their move. You'll craft headlines, meta descriptions, and video titles that not only perform well in search engines but also inspire clicks from potential buyers.
Your content will need to resonate with international audiences while maintaining our brand voice that emphasizes trust, transparency, and the excitement of finding your perfect home in Greece. You'll adapt your writing style for different content formats and audiences, whether you're writing about market trends, local area guides, the practical aspects of buying property abroad, or creating engaging video scripts that bring Greek properties and locations to life.
You'll also play a key role in optimizing our existing content library, refreshing older articles to maintain their search performance and ensuring all content follows SEO best practices. This includes implementing proper content structure, internal linking, and keyword optimization in a natural, reader-friendly way. Additionally, you'll collaborate with our video marketing team to create scripts that translate well to visual storytelling while maintaining SEO value.
You'll also create LinkedIn content, developing thought leadership posts that showcase our expertise in Greek real estate. This includes crafting professional yet approachable posts that resonate with both Greek and international audiences.

What We're Looking For
You should have at least two years of content writing experience with a focus on SEO optimization. We're looking for someone with a strong portfolio of published content that demonstrates both SEO knowledge and the ability to create engaging, readable material.
Your writing skills should be excellent, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and create content that genuinely helps readers while performing well in search engines. Basic understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, and user intent is essential, as is experience writing for web audiences who may be unfamiliar with your topic. Experience with video script writing or understanding of how written content translates to video format would be valuable.
Experience with content management systems and basic HTML for content formatting will be valuable. Understanding of how content fits into the broader marketing funnel and contributes to business goals is important, especially in a context where content directly influences high-value purchasing decisions.
