is currently looking for an
IT Project Manager
for its Horizon Europe projects portfolio. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual who wishes to further develop his/her career in EU Framework project management working in an international environment within a dynamic multinational team.

Responsibilities
:

• Coordinating and contributing to the work packages and task activities of the projects where Infili is responsible for.
• Cooperating with IT engineers/developers and IT analysts to determine the business needs and system requirements for delivering the final project results.
• Ensuring that specific tasks under responsibility are implemented and completed successfully in line with the planned timeline.
• Developing and documenting as-is/to-be business processes, functional and technical specifications and relevant technical reports.
• Contributing to internal and external communication related to the projects.
• Establishing strong interactions with the project partners.
• Contributing to strategic oversight of project portfolios, as required.
• Maintaining all project information and documents up to date.
• Contributing as required to the writing of new proposals.
• Working on other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree of Computer Science, Informatics, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of IT project management experience and in particular in HE/EDF projects.
• Experience and background on commercial products will be considered as a plus.
• Proficient in Office Automation suites.
• Excellent command of verbal and written English.
• Strong communication and good interpersonal skills with other colleagues and business partners.
• Self-motivated, flexible, able to work under deadlines with good time management and attention to details.
