As part of our growth strategy, we are currently looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Accounting & Logistics team in our central warehouse in Keratea.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the ordering process until final delivery to customers, including data entry in ERP systems, delivery notes and invoicing
• Handle tasks related to product deliveries according to corporate & quality requirements and deadlines
• Perform bookkeeping, including recording of financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records
• Intra-community transactions, imports/exports, drop shipping, costing folders
• Reconcile general ledger accounts, resolve discrepancies and balance agreements with customers for payment collections
• Communicate effectively with Finance, Logistics, Quality and customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or relevant field
• Proven experience of 2 years would be an asset
• Knowledge of financial and accounting principles
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Tech-savvy with excellent computer knowledge and Microsoft software (Office Suite)
• English fluency level B2 (FCE Lower)
