Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing processes - including supplier identification, preparation of bid documentation, management of RFQs, commercial analysis, and negotiation of pricing and contract terms, mainly related to EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) and O&M (Operations & Maintenance) projects
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive cost savings and improve process efficiency
• Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities and assess risks
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and consolidate purchasing needs and specifications
• Promote intelligent procurement practices for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• 5+ years of relevant procurement experience, ideally in a multinational or complex environment
• Proven experience in leading sourcing processes and contract negotiation
• Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills
• Fluency in English
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate complex commercial information
• Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
• Attention to detail with a focus on cost, quality and risk
