Responsibilities

• Gain firsthand experience in providing service excellence
• Adhere to Costa Navarino's high standards of quality & presentation
• Familiarize yourself with the menu offering, preparation methods, and ingredients
• Assist in setting up dinning areas & learn different table set-ups
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following HACCP protocols
• Engage with guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Maintain and adhere to billing policies and procedures
• Be punctual of attendance to each shift
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and shadowing experiences
• Maintain positive teamwork at all time
• Strive to exceed guests' expectations, seeking opportunities to create memorable experiences that reflect Costa Navarino brand

• Enthusiasm for a career in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn & develop
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Very good command of English
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus but not mandatory
