We are looking for a Business Intelligence Consultant to further develop and grow an excellent team of hand-picked professionals.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, develop, test and document Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Participate in the full development lifecycle within Microsoft reporting suites, IBM Cognos Analytics etc.
  • Develop ETL packages.
  • Deliver high quality project deliverables and training for end users.
  • Work closely with business users and turn business requirements to technical specifications.
  • Work as a team member or on their own to develop the final solution.
  • Keep constant technology market expertise and participate in the development of new solution offerings.
  • Develop standardized analytical approaches and processes to drive efficiencies, increase utilization of resources and drive evolution from data reporting to insights that generate solutions.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • University degree preferably in Information Technology or relevant field
  • Previous relevant working experience will be considered an asset.
  • Hands-on experience in any of the following: database design, data warehouse, ETL tools, Reporting & BI tools, EPM/CPM Tools, Analytics will be highly appreciated.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica, Date Factory).
  • Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts (star schema, snowflake schema, OLAP).
  • Attention to detail (takes pride in producing quality deliverables)
  • Ability to work under pressure in a systematic way
