British American Tobacco Greecehas an exciting opportunity for a Planning Intern in Athens

The Planning Intern role is designed to provide exposure to strategic business planning. It offers the opportunity to learn how market dynamics influence company performance. You will gain hands-on experience working with data, insights, and cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for students eager to apply analytical skills in a real business environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Quantitative and qualitative analysis of macro environment, identification of threats and opportunities.
• Industry and competitor performance analysis and forecasting.
• Consumer behaviour & Market Insights analysis.
• Analysis of New Categories performance and their impact on total nicotine category.
• Cross category interaction and key driver and barriers.
• Monitoring of BAT performance across various Countries & Categories.
• Support team in monthly strategic planning cycle and above market reporting.
• Support on all required presentations for internal and external meetings.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field. A Master's Degree in any of the these areas is a plus.
• English fluency.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable with data analysis. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of other analytical tools a plus).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks. Ability to interpret macro-economic and industry trends.
• Strong communication and presentation skills. Positive and collaborative mindset with ability to work across functions and teams. Openness, flexibility and willingness to adapt to a changing environment.
