Καθήκοντα - Αρμοδιότητες:

Εγκατάσταση, παραμετροποίηση και υποστήριξη εφαρμογών Pylon ERP & Softone

Καταγραφή αναγκών και προδιαγραφών πελατών για την υλοποίηση έργων

Εκπαίδευση χρηστών στις εφαρμογές

Επικοινωνία για καταγραφή απαιτήσεων πελατών προς υλοποίηση έργων.

Παροχή υποστήριξης στους πελάτες της εταιρίας τηλεφωνικά

Παρουσίαση λύσεων σε νέους υποψήφιους πελάτες (απομακρυσμένα ή στην έδρα τους)

Διαχείριση προβλημάτων των πελατών σχετικά με τη χρήση των εφαρμογών

Συμμετοχή σε έργα ERP με στόχο την τήρηση χρονοδιαγραμμάτων και προδιαγραφών

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα :

Γνώσεις εμπορικής διαχείρισης και εμπειρία στην χρήση προγράμματος ERP

Γνώσεις λογιστικής διαχείρισης και εμπειρία στην χρήση λογιστικών εφαρμογών

Άριστη γνώση MS Office

Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις

Δίπλωμα οδήγησης β Κατηγορίας

Επιθυμητά προσόντα :

Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ/ΙΕΚ Οικονομικών/Λογιστικής ή Πληροφορικής

Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 3 ετών ως Σύμβουλος σε αντίστοιχη θέση ή σε Λογιστήριο.

Η γνώση στις εφαρμογές Pylon ERP & Softone θα εκτιμηθεί ιδιαίτερα.

Συνέπεια ,ευχέρεια στην επικοινωνία, ευελιξία, προσαρμοστικότητα, πνεύμα ομαδικότητας

Ικανότητα στην παρουσίαση λύσεων

Ικανότητα τήρησης χρονοδιαγράμματος, παρέχοντας λύσεις βάσει τεχνικών προδιαγραφών
