Grecotel Hotels & Resorts, the leading hotel chain in Greece, is seeking a Hotel Resident Manager to join its team for the 2026 season. As a Hotel Resident Manager, you will oversee daily activities on the hotel property including front desk operations, reservations, and concierge and customer services. Also, you will be responsible for operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the resort including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Maintain and exceed the standards of guest satisfaction through personal interaction with guests, monitoring customer feedback, and addressing guest complaints
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of service and maintain the resort's reputation as a luxury destination
- Manage the financial performance of the resort, including budgeting, forecasting and analysis, control of operating expenses, and revenue management
- Train qualified staff members, provide leadership and guidance, and develop a culture of excellence and teamwork
- Ensure compliance with the company's health and safety policies and procedures, local regulations, and industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury setting
- Proven leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong financial management and analytical skills
- Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in the hospitality sector.
