Job Summary

As a Technician Supervisor, you will join a highly motivated team dedicated to developing innovative solutions for customers in the Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV), Robotics, and Industrial Automation sectors. In this role, you will
be focused on hands-on electronic component handling, ensuring smooth coordination of technical tasks and resource availability. You will also facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive improvements in operational efficiency and troubleshooting practices.

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of electronics technicians
  • Repair, solder, modify, rework electronics boards, cables connectors and supervise rework activities for technicians 
  • Supervise analysis process for returned products damaged at customers sites
  • Responsible for maintaining inventory levels of parts, tools, and equipment, and ensuring that supplies are ordered and restocked as needed.
  • Work with departments managers to prioritize and schedule technical activities to support them.
  • Contribute to process improvements in inventory management, documentation, and repair workflows.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between field service, engineering, and manufacturing for complex product issues
  • Train new entries to the technicians' team

Additional Job Details

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Vocational Training Institute (IEK) diploma with a specialization in Electronics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field will also be considered.
  • 5+ years experiences as electronic technician.
  • Soldering/de-soldering/replacement experience of surface mount components. Experience with mechanical tools (drilling, cutting, milling) for metal working.
  • Understanding of Electricity and Electronics.
  • English language: good speaking and writing level.
  • Good communication skills, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
