We are currently seeking a
Systems Administrator
for our growing team

We are looking for an experienced person who can comfortably handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Individuals should have a technically strong, team-oriented approach to supporting network technologies. Troubleshooting and communication skills must be excellent. Patience to work with customers and vendors in real-time over the phone and through remote tools is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of professional experience in industry (MSP environment preferred)
  • Proven experience working with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
  • Proven experience managing Windows Server
  • Ability to troubleshoot core Windows infrastructure services (Active Directory Domain Services, DHCP, DNS, Domain Controllers, File Services, Group Policy, Network Policy Server, etc)
  • Experience performing administration of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 tenants
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 SaaS solutions (Sharepoint Online, Exchange Online, MS Teams, etc)
  • Proven experience in Exchange Server environments (specifically 2013 and 2016)
  • Experience with RMM tools such as Kaseya Virtual Administrator
  • Ability to resolve technical issue and escalate to other teams as required
  • Track records of creating knowledge base documentation
  • Ability to resolve backup and disaster recovery related issues as needed
  • Excellent organization and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong motivation, self-direction, commitment, and integrity
  • Ability to multi-task with solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred

  • Azure Certifications (Azure Administrator / Azure Fundamentals) or equivalent experience with Identity, IaaS, or PaaS in the Azure Platform
  • Experience working with Azure AD Connect
  • Ability to troubleshoot Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS)
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert Certifications (MCSE) for Server 2012 or 2016, or equivalent experience
  • VMWare Datacenter Certification (VCP-DCV) or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of backup systems (Veeam, Datto, etc.)
  • Prior experience working with MFA platforms (such as DUO and Azure AD MFA)
  • Experience with ITGlue
  • Management via Command Line tools (Powershell, CMD, Visual Studio Code)
  • Project engineer experience a plus
  • Has prior experience working within objective and key results (OKR) framework.
