Reservations Agent

Santikos Collection, a renowned hospitality company with a portfolio of luxurious resorts and hotels, is actively seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join our dedicated team. This role will be based at our central reservations office, serving our stunning properties across Greece.

As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for managing incoming reservation requests, processing bookings, and ensuring that all guest requirements are met accurately and efficiently. Your primary goal will be to maximize room revenue while providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in a reservations or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.

• Manage and process reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Provide accurate information regarding rates, availability, and hotel services to potential guests.
• Ensure all reservations are entered into the system accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with modification and cancellation requests in accordance with the hotel's policies.
• Handle special requests and preferences from guests to enhance their stay experience.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience from reservation to check-in.
• Monitor reservations and follow up on any pending inquiries or additional information required from guests.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English and Greek; additional languages are a plus.
