The
PA, Internal Communications & Corporate Events Specialist
will play a dual role combining executive assistance with strategic communication and event management responsibilities. They will act as a trusted partner to the Managing Director, the position supports daily operations, manages internal communication channels, and leads the organization and execution of corporate events, market visits, and CSR initiatives.

The role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects across departments with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistance


• Provide professional and confidential support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and coordination of meetings and appointments.


• Prepare documentation, agendas, and briefings for internal and external meetings.


• Act as the main point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication flow and prioritization.

Corporate Events & Projects


• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events such as market visits, factory visits to HQ, etc.


• Collaborate closely with the Managing Director and relevant departments to ensure flawless event execution aligned with brand and business priorities.


• Support CSR activities and internal engagement initiatives (e.g., volunteering actions, wellness or marathon participation, milestone celebrations),in cooperation with HR department.


• Manage press events and press travels in collaboration with Marketing, PR, and Global Communication teams, ensuring consistency of messaging and premium brand representation.


• Act as a project coordinator for ad hoc corporate or process optimization initiatives across departments.

Internal Communications


• Develop and implement internal communication actions and tools that promote transparency and collaboration.


• Support content creation for internal announcements, newsletters, and corporate updates.


• Ensure consistency and alignment of internal messaging with Miele's tone of voice and corporate identity.


• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, HR, and Global PR teams to align communication activities and ensure coherence across all channels.

Your Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field.


• 3–5 years of experience in executive assistance, internal communications, or event management roles.


• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.


• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.


• Proven experience managing events and coordinating cross-functional projects.


• Discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information.


• High level of initiative, problem-solving, and flexibility in a dynamic environment.


• Experience in premium or multinational environments will be considered an asset.
