Digital Marketing Executive – Paid Ads Specialist

RDC Informatics is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong background in Paid Advertising (Google / Meta / LinkedIn) to join our Digital Marketing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and reporting on digital ad campaigns and will maintain direct communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution (set-up, launch, optimization) across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Work with data streams and analytics (events, conversions, etc.) using Google Merchant Center, Tag Manager, and Conversion APIs.
  • Collaborate with the creative/content team to maximize ad impact and overall performance.
  • Act as account manager for performance marketing clients.
  • Configure and manage reporting tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio.
  • Engage in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement with team members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing role.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and prepare reports.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Team player with adaptability and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken).
