been operating since 2012.
Lesvos Solidarity offers safe housing and holistic care, informal education and access to an open, safe space for refugees, migrants and locals. LESOL runs the upcycling program Safe Passage Bags Workshop.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Mytilini with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Psychologist at Lesvos Solidarity, you will provide psychological support and counseling services to individuals in need. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting psychological assessments, developing treatment plans, providing one-on-one and group counseling sessions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the progress of clients, as well as maintaining accurate and confidential records.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Psychology, Mental Health, and Psychological Assessment
  • Experience in Counseling and providing therapeutic support
  • Background knowledge in Medicine and its relevance to psychological care
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience in working with diverse and vulnerable populations is a plus
  • Master's degree or higher in Psychology or related field
  • Valid licensure to practice as a psychologist
