A brand-new NIKE store has recently opened in the heart of Athens — and this is your chance to be part of it. 

We're building our opening team and need a passionate Coach of Back of House to lead from the ground up. If you thrive on organization, teamwork, and the energy of a fresh start, this is the role for you.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage all daily activities for a specific area of the store (Back of House), including receiving, packaging, organizing products in a timely and tidy manner etc
• Manage the deliveries of the stockroom
• Be responsible for the stock management
• Assist the Store Manager in matters of goods' management

Qualifications and Competencies required:

•  A  Bachelor's Degree and 3 years' retail experience or 4 years' retail experience in absence of a degree
•  A minimum of 1 year's management experience
•  Proven experience in retail management, including experience in coaching and mentoring people
•  Possess excellent time management and organizational skill
•  A good team player
•  Fluent in English
•  Ability to use retail business systems and Microsoft Office
•  Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays according to operational needs
