Responsibilities

• Monitors, coordinates, collects, reviews, processes, and records Health, Safety, and Environment data required for public disclosures such as the Sustainability Report and other reports. Completes these data in questionnaires from institutions during the company's participation in competitions
• Processes and monitors the operational goals for Health, Occupational Safety and the Environment, in collaboration with the internal Departments and Subsidiaries. Prepares the Department's activity reports
• Participates in the coordination of Project Management, including service provision projects of External Protection and Prevention Services for subsidiaries and third parties
• Provides monthly and annual performance data for the work of the Group's Internal Protection and Prevention Services, as well as for Environment and External Protection and Prevention Services
• Participates in the design and supports the implementation of appropriate information/reporting tools on Environment, Health, and Occupational Safety matters, through the aforementioned information system
• Monitors performance indicators of individual goals and prepares monthly reports and summaries
• Monitors decisions, European directives, and actions of relevant European Union bodies and institutions regarding Health, Occupational Safety, and the Environment, and promptly informs the Department about European Union campaigns and initiatives on Health, Safety, and Environmental matters
• Researches international or European conferences, research programs, initiatives, competitions, etc. related to Environment, Health, and Occupational Safety, and evaluates them for the company's participation
• Participates in the development of partnerships, agreements, and contracts with institutions for joint actions and/or aims at joint approaches to Health, Occupational Safety, and Environmental matters
• Participates in the revision and issuance of Health, Occupational Safety, and Environmental Guidelines, in collaboration with Departments and their respective Departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a University in Engineering
• Master of Engineering will be considered an additional qualification
• Doctor of Engineering will be considered an additional qualification
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in managing and coordinating projects related to sustainability data collection, especially in Safety and Environment
• Experience in energy or commercial companies, consulting firms, or as a freelancer in the aforementioned areas will be considered an additional qualification
• Health, Safety, and Environment certifications will be considered an additional qualification
• Knowledge of Windows and/or Mac OS environments will be considered an additional qualification
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
• Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
