We are looking for a full-time
Administrative Officer
to undertake the execution of tasks related to the daily and smooth operation of the office. Also, to provide support to the activities of other members of the company, ensuring a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office communications, including welcoming and guiding external visitors, handling reception duties, and managing incoming calls.
  • Provide professional support in handling and resolving complaints efficiently.
  • Oversee all post and shipping processes, including e-mails, letters, and packages.
  • Manage office supplies (stationery and equipment), ensuring accurate inventory tracking and timely orders.
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse Coordinator regarding building maintenance.
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system for office records and documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal weekly and monthly reports.
  • Manage the company's vehicle fleet, including procurement-related processes.
  • Create Purchase Orders (POs) for orders, tickets, and equipment on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Administer employee benefits, including issuance, collection, and related processes.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Very good command of English; knowledge of German will be considered an asset.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
