Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a ΥΠΕΥΘΥΝΟΣ ΚΑΤΑΣΤΗΜΑΤΟΣ located in Athens. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining inventory. Additional responsibilities include implementing marketing strategies, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in store management and staff supervision
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage inventory and ensure product quality
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and sales monitoring
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is a plus
