Hellas Direct is a dynamic and innovative insurtech company dedicated to redefining insurance and making customers' lives better by providing them with personalised and affordable insurance solutions. We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our Client Service Team.

Key Responsibilities

You will join our Client Service Team in Athens, Greece, and serve as a point of contact for our Czech clients and business partners, communicating with them via phone and email. Specifically, you will:

  • Provide help and support to customers concerning their insurance.
  • Provide help and support to our business partners.
  • Assist customers by providing product and service information.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Assist with potential customer complaints.
  • Support the team by taking on additional tasks as they arise, even beyond your core role.
  • Assist in the development of different projects within the company.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Czech, English and Greek.
  • Team player and creative thinker.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy.
  • No previous experience necessary (entry-level).

Klíčové odpovědnosti

Připojíte se k našemu týmu zákaznických služeb v Athénách v Řecku a budete komunikovat s českými klienty a obchodními partnery prostřednictvím telefonních hovorů a e-mailu. Konkrétně budete:

  • Pomáhat klientům v otázkách týkajících se jejich pojištění.
  • Poskytovat pomoc a podporu partnerům.
  • Poskytovat informace o produktech a službách.
  • Identifikovat a vyhodnocovat potřeby zákazníků s cílem zajistit jejich spokojenost.
  • Navrhovat potenciální produkty nebo služby vedení na základě sběru a analýzy informací od zákazníků.
  • Poskytovat přesné, úplné a ověřené informace pomocí správných nástrojů a metod.
  • Pomáhat s případnými stížnostmi klientů.
  • Být oporou týmu a podle potřeby zvládnout i věci, které nespadají přímo do tvé pracovní náplně.
  • Pomáhat při rozvoji různých projektů v rámci společnosti.

  • Výborné komunikační a mezilidské dovednosti.
  • Plynulá znalost češtiny, angličtiny and řečtiny.
  • Schopnost práce v týmu, kreativní myšlení.
  • Důraz na detail.
  • Schopnost pracovat pod tlakem.
  • Orientace na technologie.
  • Předchozí zkušenosti nejsou nutné (vhodné pro absolventy / začátečníky).
