At our Language Schools of Education in East Thessaloniki, we believe that education is about more than lessons-it's about building a community where students, parents, and teachers feel supported.The Role:We are looking for an afternoon-evening Part-Time Secretary Assistant to become an essential part of our school's daily life. If you are organized, reliable, and enjoy working in a friendly educational environment with children, this job is for you.Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support, including scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence
• Manage student and parent inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Support teachers and staff with organizational needs
• Maintain accurate school records and databases
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing school events
• Handle internal and external communications in a timely manner

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:Qualifications:

• Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset
• Fluency in both English and Greek (oral and written)
• Previous experience in an educational environment is considered an advantage
• BA degree or equivalent; additional certifications or further education are highly valued
