Job description:

The selected candidate
will be responsible for performing advanced skin care treatments such as facials,laser therapies and microneedling. They will assess client needs, recommend personalized treatments, and ensure a high standard of care in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide thorough and custom skin consultations while promoting clinic services
  • Perform all aesthetic treatments and services confidentially and professionally
  • Recommend skin care products and treatments
  • Be responsible for sanitizing and stocking supplies needed for cabinets (sheets, towels, blankets, refills, creams, and all products used while performing their treatments)
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in Biomedical Sciences, Sector of Aesthetics & Cosmetic or Diploma in Medical Aesthetics & Laser Technics
  • Ideally 1-3 years of relevant experience as a medical aesthetician in a medical clinic
  • At least 2 years of experience in Laser Technology for medical applications (laser Alexandrite)
  • Sales experience is an asset
  • Superior Customer Service mentality with a strong eye for the fine details
  • Ability to be an ambassador of exceptional service to the clients
  • Possess a professional, polished, poised demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
  • Sense of urgency along with a positive, pro-active "can-do" attitude
