Περιγραφή Θέσης:

Ο/Η Υπάλληλος Αγορών & Οδηγός είναι υπεύθυνος/η για τις καθημερινές προμήθειες του ξενοδοχείου, τη σωστή διαχείριση της αποθήκης και την ασφαλή μεταφορά προϊόντων και υλικών, διασφαλίζοντας ομαλή λειτουργία όλων των τμημάτων.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Πραγματοποίηση αγορών βάσει λίστας προμηθειών και προδιαγραφών του ξενοδοχείου.
  • Παραλαβή, μεταφορά και παράδοση προμηθειών σε όλα τα τμήματα.
  • Οργάνωση, έλεγχος και τακτοποίηση της αποθήκης.
  • Έλεγχος ποιότητας προϊόντων και ποσότητας κατά την παραλαβή.
  • Καταχώριση αποθεμάτων και ενημέρωση υπευθύνων για ελλείψεις.
  • Ασφαλής οδήγηση και φροντίδα των οχημάτων του ξενοδοχείου.
  • Εκτέλεση εξωτερικών εργασιών (errands) όταν απαιτείται.
  • Τήρηση διαδικασιών υγιεινής, ασφάλειας και εταιρικών πολιτικών.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε θέση αγορών, αποθήκης ή οδηγού, ιδανικά σε ξενοδοχείο.
  • Άδεια οδήγησης και άριστες οδηγικές ικανότητες.
  • Οργανωτικότητα, υπευθυνότητα και συνέπεια.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών εργασιών και εργασίας υπό πίεση.
  • Βασική γνώση Αγγλικών και χειρισμού Η/Υ.
