We are looking for a Presales Specialist to join our high caliber team.
Your Role
Communicate with potential clients to identify their needs.
Present tailored value propositions that show how our software meets each client's needs.
Identify and generate new sales opportunities.
Ensure a professional and engaging communication experience for all prospects.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and organize sales activities.
Your Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or in a science/engineering discipline (e.g., Polytechnic, Agricultural, or Physical Sciences).
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Previous experience in sales or customer care will be considered as an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both Greek and English
Familiarity with Softone or other CRM systems is a plus.
Knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop or Canva (preferred but not required)
Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
