Senior Treasury Analyst

Responsibilities:
  • Supports the identification and acquisition of credit lines for financing the company's needs through borrowing or other financial instruments
  • Monitors, analyzes and processes the composition of the loan obligations portfolio at Group level and creates reports to the Management
  • Participates in the formulation and implementation of policies for hedging of financial risks and in the creation of procedures related to the department's responsibilities
  • Monitors loan agreements, as well as the obligations arising from them. Analyzes the Group's loan portfolio and proceeds to suggestions for their optimal management
  • Communicates with Greek and international financial institutions and rating agencies
  • Monitors the borrowing of subsidiary companies
  • Participates in working groups for the implementation of the transition to the new ERP software of the company (SAP S/4HANA)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a University or College in Finance or Economics
  • Master's degree in Finance or Economics will be considered an additional qualification
  • At least five (5) years of relevant experience in Treasury or Corporate Department of a financial institution or Treasury Department of a company
  • Experience in a financial institution or Energy company will be considered an additional qualification
  • Knowledge of financial markets and financial products
  • Ability to use financial tools and software (Excel, ERP systems, financial models)
  • Ability to communicate with business and technical users and to understand business processes and requirements regarding the data
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
  • Knowledge of Power BI will be considered an additional qualification
  • Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
