About the Role

Facemed Clinic in Athens is looking for an experienced and compassionate Aesthetic Nurse to join our growing medical aesthetics team. This role is ideal for a nurse with a background in dermatology or plastic surgery practices, skilled in facial and body treatments, and certified in laser hair removal.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with medical professionals and aestheticians to deliver safe, high-quality treatments and help clients feel confident in their skin.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Treatment Execution

Perform medical aesthetic procedures including laser hair removal, microneedling, facial treatments, and body therapies according to clinic protocols.

Pre-Treatment Consultations & Protocol Adherence

Assess patients' needs and skin conditions, recommend appropriate treatments, and ensure safety and comfort throughout the procedure.

Sterilization & Hygiene Compliance

Maintain high standards of hygiene and sterilization. Prepare treatment rooms, tools, and consumables before each session.

Post-Treatment Support

Provide post-care instructions, follow up with clients, and manage treatment progress documentation.

Medical Collaboration

Work in tandem with plastic surgeons and dermatologists, ensuring all medical protocols and documentation are accurately followed.

Client Communication & Trust Building

Build long-term relationships with clients based on trust, results, and excellent care.

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed Nurse (AEI/TEI) with active registration in Greece
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine
  • Certified and experienced in laser hair removal and non-invasive facial/body treatments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professional conduct
  • Fluent in Greek; English proficiency is a plus

Bonus Points For

  • Knowledge of cosmetic technologies (IPL, RF, HIFU, EMS, etc.)
  • Familiarity with MyMedical or similar CRM systems
  • Prior work in a high-paced, premium aesthetic clinic
