Property Valuer

We are currently seeking a motivated and thorough Property Valuer with 2 to 5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your career within a well-established international real estate advisory firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare valuation reports for a variety of asset classes including residential, office, retail industrial, hospitality and development properties.

Conduct property inspections and market research.

Analyze comparable evidence, market trends, and economic data.

Liaise with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.

Support senior valuers in large-scale or complex projects as required.

Follow conduct rules of RICS, in accordance with the International Valuation Standards

Required Education and Experience:

–5 years of proven experience in property valuation.

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Valuation, Surveying, or a related field.

MSc in Real Estate is a plus

Professional membership or on track to obtain membership with RICS (or equivalent professional body).

Experience working with various property types and markets.

Required Skills:

Strong analytical and report-writing capabilities both in Greek and in English.

Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Microsoft Office competency, particularly Excel and Word

Familiarity with valuation tools or software (e.g. Argus) is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Valid driver's license (required for site inspections)
