We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced
Sales Representative
for the region of
Crete
, focusing on our
paint products
and
energy-saving systems
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting both existing and new customers by providing specialized and tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, develop, and improve relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Approach new clients to promote and sell the company's products.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activity.
  • Ensure regular reporting for the assigned region.
  • Guarantee a high level of customer service.
  • Manage customer requests and resolve issues effectively.
  • Implement the company's commercial and financial policy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales. Experience in the paint industry or related sectors (tools, mortars, etc.) will be considered a plus.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Excellent knowledge and use of MS Office.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
  • University/Technical degree (AEI/TEI) will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines and schedules.
  • Team spirit and collaborative mindset.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and self-motivation.
  • Analytical skills in commercial and financial data.
  • Customer-oriented approach with a strong focus on goal achievement.
