Αρμοδιότητες:
- Κατανόηση των αναγκών του πελάτη και παροχή κατάλληλων προτάσεων
- Παροχή πληροφοριών σχετικά με τα προϊόντα, όπως υλικά, ποιότητα, συλλογές και τιμές
- Διαχείριση Ταμείου, χειρισμός H/Υ, χρήση Softone
- Ενθάρρυνση αγορών μέσω αποτελεσματικών τεχνικών πωλήσεων
- Τήρηση διαδικασιών για επιστροφές ή αλλαγές προϊόντων
- Τακτοποίηση βιτρίνας και προϊόντων
- Εξασφάλιση καθαριότητας και καλής εικόνας του καταστήματος
- Υπευθυνότητα και συνεργασία με την ομάδα για την επίτευξη κοινών στόχων
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
- Εμπειρία και προϋπηρεσία στον κλάδο των λιανικών πωλήσεων
- Εμπειρία στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών κατά προτίμηση σε πολυτελή brands
- Προϋπηρεσία ως αισθητικός / ειδικός άκρων
- Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας – επιπλέον γνώσεις ξένων γλωσσών θα εκτιμηθούν
- Εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας, ομαδικό πνεύμα συνεργασίας, ανάληψη πρωτοβουλιών
- Καλή γνώση της αγοράς μόδας / ομορφιάς και των τελευταίων τάσεων
