Οδηγό
για τη μετακίνηση στελεχών, τη διεκπεραίωση εταιρικών μετακινήσεων και τη διαχείριση παραλαβών/παραδόσεων εγγράφων, με έδρα την Αθήνα.

Καθήκοντα:


• Ασφαλής και έγκαιρη μεταφορά στελεχών σε επαγγελματικές συναντήσεις και εταιρικές δραστηριότητες


• Παραλαβή και παράδοση εταιρικών εγγράφων και φακέλων με υπευθυνότητα και διακριτικότητα


• Διατήρηση υψηλού επιπέδου επαγγελματισμού και εχεμύθειας


• Φροντίδα, έλεγχος και καθαριότητα του οχήματος


• Υποστήριξη σε καθημερινές ανάγκες μετακίνησης εντός και εκτός πόλης

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:


• Άδεια οδήγησης Α' & Β' κατηγορίας


• Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση (επιθυμητή εμπειρία σε εταιρικό περιβάλλον ή VIP μετακινήσεις)


• Καλή γνώση οδικού δικτύου και χρήσης GPS


• Εχεμύθεια, ευγένεια, επαγγελματική εμφάνιση


• Οργανωτικότητα και υπευθυνότητα στη διαχείριση εγγράφων


• Ευελιξία στο ωράριο και διαθεσιμότητα για εκτός έδρας μετακινήσεις
